It’s time for another Mixed Tape Challenge! We’ve taken what we learned from the last challenge and hopefully made things a little more organized this time.

Like last time, the Mixed Tape Challenge winner will receive a $5 Amazon gift card, perfect for buying music from Amazon MP3.

The theme this time is: The Get Pumped mixed tape, also known as, The Exercise tape, the Ass Kicking tape…any music that gets you jazzed, pumped, psyched, amped…whatever you wanna call it. When you need to get in the zone and kick ass at something, what do you play? Find your best tunes, make your list, and send it in.

Here’s how we’re going to run the challenge this time:

• Use Playlist.com to find music for your mixed tape
• No more than 10 songs per playlist
• Submit your entries using the form no later than 8/29
• We’ll post the mixed tapes and open voting starting 8/31
• We’ll announce the winner live on the 9/3 show

We’re also going to handle voting a little differently too. Instead of just having each playlist, I mean, mixed tape visible you will have to listen to each without seeing the list of songs. You’ll vote either Yay or Nay for the mixed tape. Your votes combined with our votes will determine the winner.
